Are you a motivated, sales-driven individual ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for someone to lead the growth of our Junior Membership programme at Belper Leisure Centre. This hybrid role combines centre-based work with outreach in local schools and community venues, helping families access fantastic active experiences. 

 

What You’ll Do 

• Drive Junior Membership sales and retention, hitting clear targets and maximising opportunities 

• Engage professionally with customers in person, online, and over the phone 

• Convert enquiries into memberships by sharing programme benefits clearly and confidently 

• Participate in local outreach and promotional events 

• Maintain accurate sales records and support marketing efforts 

• Collaborate with a supportive, enthusiastic team focused on delivering excellence 

 

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven sales and customer service experience (leisure background not essential) 

• Strong communication and IT skills, with confidence using CRM systems 

• Self-motivated, organised, and proactive with a positive, solution-focused attitude 

• Flexible to work some evenings and weekends
