TRILOGY ACTIVE CLASS BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS 

Our guidelines provide you with everything you need to know when booking or cancelling our studio fitness classes. 

Booking Classes 

Our studio timetable is available here and each class will be shown clearly when you book online. 
 
The price you pay for your class is dependent on the membership type you have purchased. Some monthly direct debit memberships include our studio classes at no additional cost. Click here to take advantage of one of our great value for money monthly memberships. Amber Card holders and non-members must pay for each class upon arrival. 
 
Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance here, by calling us on 01773 825 285 or in person. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made your booking and submitted payment correctly. 

Court Bookings 

Bookings and cancellation is for all casual bookings including amber card holders. 
 
Non Members - Payment will be taken at the time of all casual dry side activity bookings

Changing Or Cancelling Your Booking 

You can make changes to your booking by calling us on 01773 825285 or in person. 
 
Our Cancellation Policy 
Monthly Direct Debit Members 
Non Members 
Direct debit members will not incur a charge when cancelling but we ask that you provide 24 hours notice to enable us to sell the space to another customer 
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can either be refunded or rebooked within 7 days. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable and cannot be rebooked.

You will need to provide the Booking Name, Date & Time of Visit  

Attending Your Class Booking 

Please attend your class 5 minues prior to start. You will need to be appropriately dressed, with a water bottle and small towel. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any health related issues that may affect your ability to perform the class safely. 

Lateness Policy 

We operate a policy which prevents you taking part in a class if you are more than 5 minutes late. This policy is in place to prevent injury and to be mindful of the teacher and other participants in the class. We ask you to be present 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the class. No reimbursement will be made if you miss the class start. 

If We Cancel Your Booking 

In the event that we cancel or substitute a class or classes that you have booked, we will contact you by telephone where you have provided your details to make you aware. At the time of cancellation we will offer you being transferred to a class at an alternative date and time. 

Booking Confirmation 

If you book online your booking is not complete until you have received your booking confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation please contact us by phone, email, or in person at one of our centre. 
 

Substitute Instructors 

We reserve the right to make scheduled changes when necessary. This can include last minute changes to instructors or class disciplines due to unforeseen circumstances. In the instance of discipline changes, we will endeavour to contact you via phone where you have provided your details and you reserve the right to cancel your reservation. 
 
All classes are offered by us subject to availability. We do not guarantee availability at any time. The live timetable on our website here will be the most current timetable. We reserve the right to withdraw classes from the timetable at any point. 
 
We will always do our best to find an alternative instructor or offer an alternative class discipline. 
 
Classes are only cancelled as a last resort. 
 
No refund will be offered for the change or removal of any part of an existing service or to those on a monthly direct debit membership as a wide range of other activities are available.
