We offer a fantastic range of classes in our air-conditioned studio. Available to members and non-members please book online to secure your place. Please arrive early to pay / swipe your membership card & collect your receipt from reception and hand it to your instructor. Please check which classes are included in your membership.
Fitness Class Descriptions
Non-weight-bearing class uses the resistance of the water and special pool weights to tone the body. Non-swimmers welcome.
With the help of a buoyancy belt Jog Aqua helps build cardio fitness. Jog Aqua uses the resistance of the water whilst jogging and is a brilliant non-weight-bearing workout. Recommended for knee injuries. This class involves going into deep water.
An all-over body conditioning class that combines strength & flexibility training using a mixture of barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.

Circuits & Low Impact Circuits
This high-energy or low-impact workout is great for all-around fitness. You will complete a series of exercises at different stations. Each exercise will use strength training to target different areas of the body.
Party yourself into shape with this easy to follow, calorie-burning dance fit class!
Hips, Bums, Tums & Thighs
This floor-based class tones the muscle groups building and maintaining strength in the core muscles.
Concentrating on strengthening the core postural muscles which keep the body balanced and provide essential support for the spine.
A high intensity boxing for fitness class. A great class for those wanting to lose weight, tone up, increase cardio fitness and have fun! All abilities welcome. Moderate impact is a lower intensity and suitable for older people or health referrals
Spin Fit & Spin Express
A high-energy workout on our Technogym spin bikes, this is a great way to burn calories and increase energy levels! Classes take place with a variety of instructors. Spin fit is 45 mins, Spin Express is 30 mins at the same intensity levels but shorter for those with less time to spare.
This relaxing class increases muscle tone, flexibility and suppleness through a series of stretching exercises & controlled breathing.
Based on soft flowing movements, this powerful form of yoga helps control breathing, relieve stress, and calm the mind.
Walking for Health
A gentle walk in the Belper area. Meet in BLC reception. Available free for those over 16.
