Pool / Changing Room Admissions
If an adult wishes to bring three children aged between 4 and 7 then one must be able to swim 25 metres and then tread water for 30 seconds without rest.
No snorkels or flippers are allowed, masks are only allowed if they are tempered glass.
All infants in nappies must wear disposable swim nappies in the pool, these are available from reception if you need them.
Swimmers must produce their membership card at reception or pay for their swim and then give their receipt to the lifeguard upon entering the pool
Parent and toddler – pre-school children only with toys and floats available
Mega wacky waters – Ages 8 and over – all participants must be able to swim 50 metres before being allowed on the inflatable this is checked at the beginning of every session, unfortunately no adults are allowed on the inflatable
Adults only swims is 16+
Saturday Public swim – There is no access to the shallow end of the pool from 9am – 12.45pm due to swimming lessons and 1.30pm – 2.30pm due to family wacky water session.

Parent & Toddler
One corner of the shallow end is roped off and filled with toys, floats and balls to create a fun area for you to splash around with small children.
Family Wacky Water
The whole shallow end is roped off with balls, floats and the Octopus inflatable in the pool. This session is perfect for younger children to come and have a fun time in the pool. Public swimming is still permitted in the deep end. (aimed at families with children under 8yrs)
Mega Wacky Water
The whole pool is closed off for an hour of fun aimed at older children (recommended 8+). Half the pool is filled with floats and balls, the other half has our Commando Challenge inflatable! This 15m long obstacle course is great fun and keeps everyone entertained. Please note, to go on the inflatable you must be able to swim 50m (2 lengths) Children may be tested by lifeguards before being allowed on.
