Men's Walking Football

Walking Football is a great way to get back into the game for those who find a normal game too much. The rules are just the same as always with one exception - you can't run! A slower pace with less emphasis on physical ability means Walking Football is perfect for older and less able bodied participants. Come along and have a go!

Adult Disability Football Programme
Thursday 13:30 - 14:30

Our adult disability programme is an inclusive session for adults aged 16+, the sessions are delivered in a relaxed environment which encourages fun and enjoyment.
The session is designed to be casual and fun providing adults with a disability the opportunity to come and play.
We currently have a fantastic partnership with Whitemoor Disability Centre who include the session as part of their programme, but we are actively looking for new members both individuals from the local community and also other local groups who wish to be involved.

Friday 6.00pm - 7.00pm.
£3.00 per session.
Are interested in playing squash? Are you interested in receiving top class coaching from a world ranked international player? If so, then our back to squash sessions are perfect for you!
Group sessions are led by Millie Tomlinson a professional player ranked at number 37 in the world ( subject to Millie's availability).
All ages & abilities are welcome.
Fun and varied sports sessions for children aged 5-11. Activity Club runs through each half term and all through the summer holidays. Each session is between 9am-1pm and costs £6.80 per child and £6.00 for siblings on the same day. A swim session is programmed for each day and a list of activities are as follows;
(it should be noted that Activity Club does not run on days where it is a bank holiday)
