OUR STRUCTURE
Twelve Company Members and thirteen Trustees influence the strategic direction of the company and give professional advice voluntarily to the Trust’s Management Team, which is led by Managing Director, John Fletcher.
The Company Members are high profile organisations and the Trustees are well respected representatives of our communities who bring a wealth of professional knowledge and experience to the vision of the Trust.
The Health & Wellbeing Development Team works in partnership with various agencies to co-ordinate opportunities for people to take part in sport and play as well as to promote the health benefits of an active lifestyle.
The Team can provide information on local clubs, coach education and training along with advice and encouragement for local organisations to promote sport and play in their communities.
Activity on Referral
Alan came to us via the county wide Activity on Referral Scheme where GP's can refer physically inactive people onto a tailor-made exercise programme to assist and support them to make healthier lifestyle choices.
Helping our customers focus on their health and wellbeing in a safe and secure way
Everything we do at Trilogy is focused on our customers and ensuring you can come back to use our services and focus on your health and wellbeing in a safe and secure way. It's why people like Olivia use our services and why we welcome anyone from the town who wants to feel better.
Empowering our Talented Team
“After joining as an Apprentice, I am really proud that Trilogy has worked with me to develop my skills and experience which has enabled me to move into a more senior role within the business,”
Connor Lake, Leisure Centre Supervisor at Danes Camp Leisure Centre.
Being more efficient and what we do and how we do it will continue to be at the heart of what we do
For example, work is underway at Mounts Baths to replace boilers and install new heating pumps as part of works, delivered in partnership with West Northamptonshire Council, to reduce carbon emissions which we will reduce costs and enable us to invest further in front line services.
