All Club Fitness participants must be between the age of 11-15 years and have completed a Club Fitness Induction before they can book on any of these session times.
Monday to Friday 4.00 – 4.45 p.m. and 4.45- 5.30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 10.30 – 11.15 a.m.
